Uzo sighed, feeling a familiar pang of frustration. He had been following Cory’s teachings for over a decade, absorbing every piece of advice, every motivational video, and every blog post. Although he had gotten some decent results with girls, here he was, still stuck in the same routine, the same unfulfilling relationships, the same lonely nights, and settling for girls that fell into his lap.
He saw the insane results other guys were getting after working with Cory one on one and had thought about hiring him as his coach countless times. He knew it could be the key to unlocking the life he dreamed of. But something always held him back.
"What is it?" Uzo muttered to himself. "Why can't I just take the plunge?" I am sick of living this way.
He pondered over Cory's questions. Was it laziness? Fear? A lack of belief in himself? Maybe it was all of those things. The cost of coaching had always seemed daunting, but deep down, he knew it was more than that.
Uzo had always been cautious, afraid of failure, and afraid of success. The idea of committing to something as significant as personal coaching was terrifying. What if he invested all that money and effort and still didn't see any results? What if he was destined to remain stuck, no matter what he did?
But another part of him, a quieter, more hopeful part, whispered that this could be his chance. That he deserved to live a life that was "fu*king amazing," as Cory put it. He was tired of punishing himself, of postponing his dreams.
He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, imagining the life he wanted – confidence, effortless attraction, beautiful women, a fulfilling career, meaningful relationships. It all seemed so close yet so far away.
Finally, he opened his eyes and clicked on the reply button.
Hi Cory,
I’ve been following your teachings for over a decade. I’ve absorbed so much, gotten some results and yet, I’m still in the same place. Your email really hit home, and I think you’re right – it’s fear, self-doubt, and maybe a bit of laziness that’s held me back.
But I’m ready to change that. I’m ready to take the leap. I don’t want to punish myself any longer. Let’s do this. How can we get started?
Best, Uzo
