We live in an egoic driven world and it is extremely easy to loose ourselves and fall into low energy thoughts, behaviors and actions that cause us a lot of unnecessary pain and suffering.

I believe all human beings are fundamentally perfect and limitless just as they are, within the complete understanding that we are flawed only by fear and the conditioning that lies within the egoic mind/body.

Yet so many of us go through life constantly living in worry, doubt, ... seeking out bullshit ... and becoming more and more attached to things that have no real intrinsic value.
